Effective September 8, 2026. These terms explain the current Cozeway V1 website and trip-request process.
Submit a trip requestThis website is operated by Miami Premier Transportation LLC d/b/a Cozeway (“Cozeway”). It provides information about Cozeway and a way to submit transportation details for human review. It is not an instant-booking, live-pricing, dispatch, or payment platform.
Submitting a trip request does not create or confirm a reservation and does not guarantee availability, a vehicle, a chauffeur, pricing, service, or fulfillment. The request ID and any receipt-only acknowledgment show only that Cozeway received the request.
A reservation exists only after Cozeway separately confirms the trip and you complete any required booking or payment step communicated by Cozeway. Until then, do not rely on the submitted request as confirmed transportation.
Cozeway does not collect payment through the current trip-request form. Do not enter payment-card or banking information in any form field or special-instructions box.
You are responsible for providing accurate and reasonably complete contact, trip, passenger, schedule, flight, luggage, and operational information, and for promptly telling Cozeway about material changes.
If you submit information for another passenger or traveler, you represent that you are authorized to provide the information and to request communications and transportation coordination on that person’s behalf.
Cozeway may contact the requester using the contact information and preferred contact method provided to review the trip, ask questions, provide pricing or availability, and communicate next steps. This permission concerns the submitted request and does not enroll the requester in marketing communications.
A selected vehicle class is a preference until Cozeway confirms the exact equipment and capacity. Flight, FBO, meet-and-greet, child-seat, accessibility, group, event, hourly, multi-stop, and similar requests remain subject to operational review, availability, pricing, and any applicable requirements.
A confirmed reservation may be subject to separate pricing, payment terms, cancellation terms, event or group terms, and provider-specific conditions disclosed during confirmation. Those terms apply only when they are communicated as part of the confirmed service.
Do not use the website or request pathway unlawfully; submit false, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive requests; probe or disrupt the site or its security; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; or use automated methods to overload or misuse the service.
Cozeway may use service providers to operate parts of the website and request process, including transactional email delivery and, when activated, Google Maps Platform address suggestions. Third-party services are governed by their own applicable terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party websites are provided for reference and do not make those websites part of Cozeway’s service.
If Google Maps address suggestions are available, this website includes Google Maps features and content. Your use of those Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Manual address entry remains available.
